  • Custom or personalized items (engraved or modified) are non-returnable unless defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

If you would like to return your order, please follow these steps:

  3. Ship the Item Back: Once you have received your RAN, carefully package the item in its original packaging (if possible), and ship it back to the following address:
